CSO letter supporting Resolution 881/23 by Colombia on issuing a compulsory license for HIV drug dolutegravir

MSF Access Campaign signed onto this letter from over 120 civil society organisations and other signatories, in support of a resolution by Colombia's Ministry of Health proposing to issue a compulsory license for the key HIV medicine dolutegravir. A compulsory license would allow Colombia to make or import affordable generic dolutegravir for its HIV treatment needs, without requiring permission from the patent owner, ViiV Healthcare.
