Belarus: National TB Programme letter to Danaher to reduce the price of GeneXpert test

The national TB programme of Belarus (Republican Scientific and Practical Centre for Pulmonology and Tuberculosis, Ministry of Health), a country with high burden of TB, sent this open letter to the corporation Danaher, and its subsidiary diagnostics test maker Cepheid, requesting a reduction in the price of the GeneXpert test for extensively drug-resistant TB (Xpert MTB/XDR), so that more people can be properly diagnosed and receive timely treatment.
