The Chaco region is covered with swamps, bushes and plains. Communities live in remote dispersed villages. The insect, or bug, vinchuca, is the vector of Chagas disease, a very common but relatively unknown disease in Latin America. MSF teams set out to raise awareness of the disease to encourage screening and treatment.
